Helen Kane
CEO
One MSL was born out of Helen’s passion to bring the global MSL function into one community.
She has 25+ years of Medical Affairs experience and in this time has lived in the shoes of the MSL and a MSL Leader.

Kevin Woodhams
Learning & Development Lead
He works closely with Helen and our clients to ensure that all programmes and workshops are innovative and bespoke in content.
The personalised approach of our workshops and programmes is what drew Kevin to work at One MSL.

Heather Senior
Training Lead
She has a background in healthcare and 16 years MSL experience.
She is passionate about supporting and empowering new to role MSLs through the delivery of impactful onboarding programmes.

Jessica Kane
Operational Excellence Lead
She brings significant experience of implementing and managing Learning and Development processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
She is an advocate for technology and is inspired by the impact that it can have on learning.

Gen Thompson-Murdoch
Diagnostics & Client Project Lead
Genevieve is the Diagnostics & Client Project Lead at One MSL. She has a background in data analysis, events and logistics.
The freedom to innovate, and the strong collaborative nature of the team drew her to One MSL.

Greg Kane
Project Manager
Greg is a Project Manager at One MSL. He has a background in account management, event coordination and logistics, and is passionate about communication.
The outlook that one is always developing led him to One MSL.

Neringa Apolianskaite
Project Manager
Neringa is a Project Manager at One MSL. She has a master’s degree in Marketing Communications and a background in Field Medical and Commercial Project Management, logistics and events.

Helen Bligh
Learning & Performance Lead
Helen thrives on supporting people to become the best that they can be in their current and future roles. She has spent most of her career in the pharmaceutical industry, achieving results for individuals and teams through capability development. Having worked as a Dietitian in the NHS and via her own Practice, she has personal insights into behavioural change and a variety of therapy areas.’
The opportunities to support Medical Affairs teams and enable skills development drew Helen to One MSL.
